Here are a few of our frequently asked questions to help you get ready for an unforgettable laser tag birthday party.
Can I bring food, drinks or cake with me for the party?
Yes! There are picnic tables in your party area for you to use. While there is a separate entrance for unloading and setting up available on request, there is currently no access to a fridge or freezer so please plan accordingly. You are welcome to bring your own food and cake—just make sure it stays in your party area. And please remember, Cedar Springs is an alcohol-free campus—alcohol should not be brought or consumed during your visit.
Can I decorate the party area?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring decorations to make your party space your own. We simply ask that you leave confetti, glitter, and anything that can be difficult to clean up at home. You’ll also be responsible for tidying up your area before you leave. Thank you for helping us keep camp clean!
What should we wear?
Laser tag happens rain or shine and mostly outdoors—so dress for the weather and be ready for action! We recommend sturdy shoes (no sandals or flip flops), and clothes that can handle some dirt or grass. Camo outfits and face paint are absolutely welcome and make it even more fun!
How long does the party last?
Each Battlefield party is three hours long, and that includes 90 minutes of laser tag game time. The rest of the time is perfect for food, presents, and hanging out with your crew.
Do we have access to the whole camp?
Your group will have access to your designated party space and the Battlefield area. For everyone’s safety and to protect other guests, access to other parts of camp is not permitted.
Can I bring pets with me?
No, sorry—pets are not allowed at any of our parties.
What if it rains?
Battlefield runs rain or shine! We’ll adjust game plans as needed, but come prepared for all types of weather. A little rain can make it even more fun.
Is there somewhere to wash up after the games?
Yes! Handwashing stations are available, and your party host will help guide your group to them after the games wrap up.
