We’re thrilled to introduce Campfire Nights—an unforgettable overnight adventure that extends the fun of camp! Stay after day camp to share stories around the campfire, play exciting night games, and enjoy delicious s'mores with friends. Wake up the next morning ready for even more outdoor excitement. It’s the perfect way to wrap up an incredible week of camp!
Days:
Campfire Nights are offered on select Fridays throughout the summer. Check our website for specific dates and availability.
Times:
If your camper’s week at day camp includes a Campfire Night, our staff will handle everything and make sure they transition seamlessly into the evening activities after day camp ends.
For campers attending Campfire Night separately, drop-off is at 6:00 PM on Friday in the main parking lot of our Lake Stevens campus. Our staff will greet you and help sign your camper in.
Pick-up is at 2:00 PM on Saturday in the same location. Please note that bus transportation is not available on Saturday—all campers must be picked up at Lake Stevens.
Activities:
What can your camper expect? Our amazing staff will fill every moment with adventure and fun! Highlights include:
- Campfire Fun: Gather around a traditional campfire at Cedar Grove, share stories, and enjoy s'mores with friends.
- Night Games: Thrilling games like Capture the Flag and On the Prowl will make the evening unforgettable.
- Saturday Morning Adventures: Activities include battlefield games, the jumping pillow, traditional camp games, and more!
Our staff will ensure the excitement lasts all night and into the next day!
Accommodations:
Campers will stay overnight in one of our cabins, each equipped with bunk beds and mattresses, accommodating up to 16 campers. Bathrooms and showers are close by and available all night. Campers will be grouped by age and gender, with two staff members staying in each cabin to ensure safety and supervision.
Meals:
Campfire Nights include three meals: dinner on Friday, plus breakfast and lunch on Saturday. Meals will be served either fireside or in the dining hall. If your camper has special dietary requirements or you have questions about the menu, please contact us in advance.
Friend Pods:
At Cedar Springs, camp is always better with friends! If your camper wants to bunk with a buddy, we can make it happen. As long as both campers are signed up for the same Campfire Night, are the same gender, and submit matching friend pod requests, we’ll ensure they share the same cabin.
