Cedar Springs Camp is excited to offer the Camper Queue as a tool to help you build the best summer camp experience for your family. The Camper Queue is a tool that allows for you to sign up your campers for camps, place their names in queue for camps which are currently at capacity, and ensure that your campers and their friends are all in the same camp pod when the time for camp arrives.

Access and Logging In

To access the Camper Queue, go to https://cedarsprings.camp/register.

To create reservations and add your campers to any queues, you will need an account with Cedar Springs Camp. If you have created reservations with us in the past, your login credentials are the same that you use when accessing Ultracamp, our registration system vendor. If you do not have an Ultracamp account with us, you can create a new account directly on the Camper Queue page.

Once you are logged into the Camper Queue, individuals who are on your account, and are camper aged (5 - 13 years old) will be displayed, and the options that you can take with each camper will be presented.

Actions

Your campers will be displayed, along with all of the camps they are eligible to attend based on their age, and the actions that you can take for those camps. There are two actions that you can take with the Camper Queue tool. You can sign campers up for camps which have space available. You can also add campers to queues for any number of camps for which they are eligible.

While you are accessing the Camper Queue on a full sized screen (such as a computer), you will also be able to review the registrations, eligibility, and camper queue enrollment for your campers. When accessing the camper queue from a mobile device, you will be able to register your campers or add them to camp queues where appropriate.

What Does It Mean to be on a Camp Queue?

A camp queue is a bit like a waitlist, in that campers are able to have their names listed, in order of application in anticipation of space opening up in the camp of their choice. Unlike a traditional waitlist, the camp queues can, and often do, move quickly.  The movement from the queue comes from a variety of factors, including the hiring of staff, and the realignment of available spaces to increase capacity, and of course, cancellations.

Queue Questions:

Q: How many camps can my camper be in queue for?

A: As many as you would like.

There is no limit to the number of camps that a camper can be in queue for.

Q: What happens when space becomes available for a camp I am in queue for?

A: We will contact you via email and let you know that you can now register for the camp.

The email will contain instructions and how much time that you have to make the reservation before we offer it to the next person in the queue. If you are not ready to register when your camper's name comes up, or you do not make the registration in the time provided, instructions will be included on how to return to the front of the queue for the next available space.

Q: Can I register my camper for a camp, and have them in queue for their preferred option?

A: Yes, your camper may be in queue for a preferred camp, while also being registered in a camp.

We understand that sometimes the camp experience is awesome, but can be even better if the right camp choice is available. Therefore, we now are able to offer the ability for you to sign up for a camp which has space, and to also have your camper in queue for a preferred camp (or two or three). Like any other queue, if a space becomes available, you'll receive an email letting you know. If you choose to accept this newly available space, we will update your reservation for you to reflect that choice. If you signed up for camp or a camper queue before April, you will not have had the ability to add a camper to a queue while also being registered for camp. You can now log into your camper queue and add your camper to preferred queues if you would like.

Q: Where can I see which queues I am on and camps which I have registered for?

A: Online at https://cedarsprings.camp/queue

If you log in to your queue status, you can see all of your family's registrations and queues. You can also cancel, claim, snooze and reactivate any queues for which your camper is in from this page, should you desire.
