Welcome to Camp!
If you have done camp with us in the past, you are going to find that the drop off and pickup procedures in Lake Stevens are similar to years past. If you are a new family with us, welcome, this FAQ article will walk you through how we process check in and check out if you are not taking a bus into camp.
Address and Location
Cedar Springs Camp is located on Highway 92, on the way to Granite Falls. The address is 4820 SR 92, Lake Stevens.
Check in and out take place in the main parking lot
Check in and check out take place in the main camp parking lot. To reach the parking lot, enter the camp driveway, and follow the signs until you find the large gravel lot on your right hand side. You are able to park in the area outlined in green in the map below. Our staff will be there to greet you, and our customer service team will be at the concierge desk shown as the red box on the map.
Drop-off / Pick-up Zones
To help make the drop off and pickup process as fast and easy as possible, we have three zones as a part of the check in and check out area. The zones are identified with large signs and by color. Each camper is assigned a zone, and we ask that parents attempt to queue into their family's zone. The specific zone that your camper is assigned is included in an email that is sent to you the week prior to camp. Your camper's wristbands will be in the appropriate zone in the morning, and your camper will be waiting for pickup in the assigned zone in the afternoon. If you are unsure of which zone to be in, any of our staff in any of the color zones will be able to help out.
Wristbands
When you arrive at camp for the first time each week (usually on Monday), your camper(s) will be provided with a wristband that we would like them to wear for the duration of the week. The wristband is water proof, shower proof, and generally child resistant. It is also your camper's ticket into camp. If they remove or lose their wristband during the week, please bring them to the concierge desk at check-in the next morning for a new one.
After checking in with the camp staff and dropping off your camper(s), we will get them to their camp pods and ensure that they have a safe and wonderful time with us.
Afternoon Pickup
In the afternoon, camper pickup takes place much the same way as drop off. Pull into the parking lot, and meet our staff. We will validate that you are an authorized pickup for the campers through photo ID, and we will check your camper out to you, maybe a little tired, maybe a little dirty, but certainly full of tales of their adventures from the day.
