2020 has come with new realities that Cedar Springs Camp is tackling head on. As a result, the way that camp is being run in 2020 is very different than in years past. This year, we have two distinct summer care options, one is a full day camp, and the other is a partial day class. Here are the primary things that make up those two unique summer options.
Full Day Camp:
- Location: Lake Stevens
- All day + extended care available
- Transportation available
Full day camps happen exclusively in Lake Stevens and have transportation available from our various bus sites. Full day camp is best for those who are looking for care for the majority of the day and are looking for an outdoor experience. If you are a Cedar Springs veteran, you are likely most familiar with this style of camp. We have taken many of our traditional half-day camp options, extended them by adding outdoor activities, and moved them to Lake Stevens. Click here to see a complete list of Full Day Camps.
Partial Day Classes:
- Location: Bothell
- 2 hour time window each day
- Drop off and pick up directly to classroom
- Staggered start times throughout the day
Partial Day Classes happen exclusively in Bothell and transportation is not available. This option is best for those who are looking for care for just a couple of hours each day. Some of our traditional half-day camp options have been converted into classes. Click here to see a complete list of classes.
Drop off and pick up times for classes are staggered to help reduce the total number of individuals in a location at any given time. Each class has a maximum of 9 participants to carefully maintain social distancing requirements.
Unlike previous half day camp options, child care outside of the class hours is not provided, nor are we able to keep children on campus for a class later in the day.
