The check-in and check-out processes are key milestones that begin and end each camp day. At Cedar Springs, we use wristbands to track and take roll call for all campers. Each wristband is unique and contains the details of your camper's week at Cedar Springs. On Mondays, these wristbands are distributed during check-in, which takes a few extra minutes. We recommend arriving early on Mondays to account for this additional time.

Monday Check-In takes extra time as we distribute wristbands for the entire week. For bus riders, wristbands are ready at their designated stops. Once your bus rider has their wristband, they'll be scanned onto the bus and begin their journey to camp. If you're dropping off at Lake Stevens, head to your assigned check-in zone (details sent via email the week prior) to receive and apply your camper's wristband. After the wristband is on, they'll be checked into camp and our staff will guide them to their day's activities.

Tuesday through Friday, check-in is a quick scan-and-go process with existing wristbands. Bus riders board directly at their stops, while camp drop-offs proceed straight to the check-in area. Our staff will scan their wristband, and your camper will be off for another amazing day.

Late Arrivals can check in anytime at our concierge desk, marked by a large red and white tent in the main parking lot. If you arrive after 9:30 AM, our concierge team will check in your camper, connect them with their pod, handle any wristband needs, and assist with questions about camp, reservation changes, or early pickup arrangements.
