The act of checking campers into and out of camp are the significant milestones that begin and end each camp day. There are some vital activities that take place at those times to ensure that campers have a fun and safe experience while at camp.

If you are dropping your camper off at a bus drop site (any location other than Lake Stevens or Bothell), your camper will be checked in by camp staff directly at the bus that they will be riding.

For families that are dropping off campers at Lake Stevens or Bothell, you will follow signs on each campus to the check in station that matches the first letter of your camper’s last name. These campuses have signs that will direct you where to go, and the check in stations are the same every time. Once you identify your check in station, that is where you will drop off and pick up your camper anytime this summer that you are on that campus.

Campers are provided with wrist bands at check-in which enable campers and staff to know which camps they are enrolled in each week. These wrist bands are handed out on Mondays, which causes the check in lines to move slower than other days of the week. It is a good idea to check in a little early on Mondays to account for the couple of additional minutes the wristband process adds to the experience.
