Your camper’s Cedar Springs Camp experience is customized by you, based on the variety of camp, care, and transportation options that you select when building their registration. Details about the camps that your camper is signed up for will be emailed out in the days leading up to each week of camp. Those details will be specific to the camp you chose and will include things like what to bring to camp, such as a towel or hiking shoes.

There are some common camp schedule elements that all campers share:

7:00 AM - Morning extended care opens and campers are able to start checking in to camp. Our office opens for questions via phone and email, and our staff are ready to spend an awesome day at camp with your camper.

8:15 AM - Morning buses begin moving, taking campers from their pickup locations to Lake Stevens where they are going to attend their specific camps.  Our first drop off window opens for camper check-in at camp.

8:45 AM - The adventure and fun at camp is just beginning! The morning starts with time to connect with their camp counselor, fun interactive games, time with the large camp activities such as the playgrounds and jumping pillow, and organized group games.

9:00 AM - The second drop off window is open for camper check in. The buses begin arriving at camp from the various pickup locations throughout the community.

9:30 AM - Campers come together with their pods for the morning rally. Games, prizes and events take place in a large group setting, we also take a few minutes to talk about our weekly topic from a biblical perspective.  By 10:00 each pod sets out on their daily adventure.

12:00-1:30PM - Rolling break for lunch. To avoid large group gatherings, not all camps will eat lunch at the same time. Hot lunch is available for purchase and can be added as late as the day prior.

4:00 PM - Specific themed camps are finishing up, campers had back to their rally spot for a time of fun interactive games and entertainment. The first camper pickup window opens for camper check out

4:15 PM - Buses begin transporting campers to their pickup locations while campers who are registered for the later pickup window get to enjoy the large camp activities, events and games at camp.

4:45 PM - Afternoon pickup buses start to arrive to their destinations.

5:00 PM - The second pickup window is open for camper check out. Most buses arrive at their locations about this time as well.

6:00 PM - Extended care closes in the evening at 6 PM and all campers are home telling stories of their great exploits from the day.
